What Responser processes, what it never reads, and the choices you control.

This policy describes information processed by the Responser website, dashboard, macOS application, advertising service, referrals, and support channels.
2. Information you provide
We process account identifiers, profile choices, campaign creative, destinations, support messages, and payout status needed to operate the service.
- Display name and sign-in email
- Campaign text, images, colors, budgets, and destinations
- Referral attribution and communication preferences
3. Mac application data
The app processes a revocable device identifier, app version, locale, connection time, and eligibility signals required to count a completed impression.
- Whether display is awake
- Whether session is unlocked
- Whether recent activity exists
- Whether the placement is visible
4. Data we do not collect
Responser does not read screen contents, screenshots, keystrokes, files, app names, browser history, or window titles. It does not request Screen Recording, Accessibility, or Input Monitoring permission.
5. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver and measure campaigns, detect invalid activity, administer earnings, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
6. Sharing
Service providers receive only information needed to perform hosting, authentication, analytics, fraud prevention, and payout functions. Advertisers receive aggregate campaign reporting, not personal browsing histories.
7. Retention and security
Operational records are retained only as long as needed for service, security, disputes, accounting, and law. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards protect stored data.
8. Your choices
You may pause the app, change optional emails, request account access or deletion, and contact privacy@responser.example with privacy questions.
9. International processing
Information may be processed where Responser and its providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
10. Changes
Material policy changes will be posted here and communicated when required.
