Terms of Service
Rules for display users, advertisers, campaigns, earnings, and account use.

Responser provides a website, dashboard, optional menu-bar application, campaign review and delivery, impression measurement, reporting, revenue sharing, and payout administration.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18, able to contract, provide accurate information, and comply with local law, sanctions, and provider requirements.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for account security and activity. One display account may connect one Mac at a time. Automated or duplicate accounts are prohibited.
4. Valid impressions and earnings
An earning requires a completed eligible minute and remains subject to fraud review, holds, reversals, advertiser disputes, and provider restrictions. Displayed estimates are not guarantees.
5. Payouts and taxes
Availability, minimums, identity checks, schedules, and banking times vary. Users are responsible for taxes and accurate required information.
6. Referrals
Self-referrals, circular referrals, duplicate identities, fabricated activity, and false attribution are prohibited. Rewards may be held or reversed for abuse.
7. Advertising credit
Advertisers prepay non-transferable media credit. Credit is consumed only by valid delivery. Unused credit remains available subject to stated refund terms.
8. Campaign review
Every campaign requires approval. Responser may reject, request changes, pause, or end campaigns that are unsafe, unlawful, deceptive, unreadable, or unsuitable.
9. Prohibited conduct
Users may not fabricate impressions, manipulate devices, evade controls, upload malware, impersonate others, infringe rights, launder money, or misuse the service.
10. Reporting and results
Reports may be delayed, estimated, deduplicated, corrected, or filtered. No clicks, conversions, sales, audience composition, or campaign completion are guaranteed.
11. Suspension and termination
Responser may suspend accounts, campaigns, earnings, or payouts to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
